✨SOUL RESTORATION  INSTRUCTIONS✨

Stone Talisman for Susan Hubacker December 2025

Dear Susan,

What a pleasure to do the ritual work of your talisman. I’m so looking forward to hearing your experience! There are two parts to your restoration process: the carrying of the stone talisman and then a series of bathing rituals to fully anchor the goodness. Read through the notes that follow and let me know if you have any questions.

PREPARATION RITUAL SUPPORT

Carrying the Talisman

Remove your stone talisman from it’s cloth wrapping and greet it. For this part of the process you will carry the stone until you forget. So basically you’ll keep the stone on your person at all times. During the day (except when bathing) carry it in your pocket or tucked into your clothing. And then while sleeping, keep it close: under your pillow or by the bed. It’s best to switch the locations around - ie hold it, but hold it loosely! Most stone talismans remain active for at least a couple weeks and may be active for many months. After the initial weeks your restoration is completed when you naturally forget to carry your talisman.

If you forget one time, simply begin carrying it again. But if you've forgotten for many days in a row or often over a period of time, it’s an indication that your restoration has completed. If you're not sure, just keep carrying it. The majority feel obvious when they are indeed done,,,

It’s also worth noting that a surprising number of talismans just disappear as if *poof* - and then your restoration is definitely complete!

(Note that once complete, your talisman can be simply treated as a regular stone. Keep it or return it to nature. No special treatment is required.)

Celebrate!

ANCHORING GOODNESS RITUAL SUPPORT

These ritual baths should be started within a few days of your talisman completing. Needed for these ritual baths * Mint, rosewater, salt

Fumigation + Mint Soaking Baths

This is a ritual bath that lifts and helps you move forward in a way that brings goodness. For this ritual add a splash of rosewater, mint (fresh or tea, not essential oil), and a big pinch of salt into your bath water. Before you step in, fumigate yourself while asking that anything unhelpful be cleared, then sink into this bath. As you soak, ask that your restoration move you forward in clear ways. You’ll repeat this mint bath (five) times. You can do one per day or spread them out a bit.
